Automotion Plus partners with Australian FENCING and GATE Industry as a Major Partner, supporting AFGI’s work to connect, strengthen and advance Australia’s fencing and gate industry.
For more than two decades, Automotion Plus has been supplying the gate openers, controllers and access hardware behind automated gates across Australia. Founded in 2004 and still Australian-owned and family-run, the business has grown into a national supplier with showrooms in Melbourne, Brisbane and, since June 2026, Perth.
Supply-only, by design
What sets Automotion Plus apart for the fencing trade is what it doesn’t do: it doesn’t install. The business operates on a strictly supply-only model, so it never competes with the fencers, gate fabricators and installers who buy from it.
Instead, it focuses on supporting them. Every product comes with free lifetime technical support, giving installers someone to call when a site throws up something unexpected, whether that’s a tricky wiring configuration or a controller setting that needs tuning months after handover.
A complete range under one roof
Automotion Plus covers the full scope of a modern gate project for Industrial, Commercial or Residential. Its range spans swing and sliding gate automation kits, gate hardware, boom gates, intercoms, access control for residential and commercial properties and solar power equipment, so an entire entrance can be specified from a single supplier.
The company develops two brands of its own, APC Automation Systems and Eyevision Intercom Systems, alongside respected international partner brands including Roger Technology, Motorline Professional, Able Automation, V2, DEA System, CAIS, FAC, LabKey, AES, EMX and Fasttel.

The Perth showroom, opened in mid-2026, brought local stock and face-to-face support to Western Australian fencers for the first time, cutting lead times on WA projects.
